Please know that this is a FREE no obligation CMA - Comparative Market Analysis (home evaluation) on your property that will be composed by a qualified Real Estate Professional, the report will not be generated by an automated software program. So, the more information you include will help us to formulate a more accurate estimated selling price for your home.

Below are two pages out of a CMA, just like what we would be creating for you.
 
Page 1 below shows us important data like:
  • MLS# - The MLS number that is permanently attached to the listing.
  • SP - Sale price.
  • DOM - Days on market.
  • Fin Flr Area - The livable square footage of the property. This does not incl. balconies, patios, decks, garages etc.
  • Baths F/H - Full bathrooms and half bathrooms. 3/1 means 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom.
  • Heating - Natural gas and electric baseboard heat are the two main heat sources in British Columbia.
  • List and Sold date -  The day the property was listed and the day it was sold.
  • Maint. Fee - The monthly maintenance fee in a strata property such as an apartment, townhouse or any other type of strata property that has operating expenses.
  • SP/Sq Ft - Sale price per square foot.

Down here on the bottom of the upper page we see:
  • Three figures - 
    A) Min. Sold Price - The lowest sold price for all of the comparables.
    B) Avg. Sold Price - The average sold price for all of the comparables.
    C) Max. Sold Price - The highest sold price for all of the comparables.
  • Avg. DOM - The average amount of days on the market for a comparable property to sell.
